Scott Hallam

President and Chief Executive Officer

Scott Hallam serves as Boardwalk’s President and Chief Executive Officer. He joined the company in 2023, bringing more than two decades of experience across the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors of the natural gas industry. Known for his forward-thinking leadership, Scott plays a key role in shaping Boardwalk’s strategic direction and strengthening its position as a reliable and innovative energy infrastructure provider. He currently serves on the Southern Gas Association Board of Directors, the Board of Trustees of the United Way of Greater Houston and on the Board of Directors of The Santiago Partnership.

Steve Barkauskas

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Steve Barkauskas has previously served as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since joining Boardwalk in April 2006. He also leads Boardwalk’s information technology team. Before joining Boardwalk, Steve held various positions in accounting, IT, human resources, marketing and trading, primarily in the energy sector. He currently serves on INGAA’s CIO Task Force and Cyber and Physical Security Committee and has participated in numerous finance and accounting committees across the industry.

Mike McMahon

Senior Vice President and Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer

Mike McMahon is the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer at Boardwalk and serves on its Board of Directors. Mike has been with Boardwalk and its predecessor companies since 1989. He is a member of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) Board and currently serves as Chairman. With decades of legal and regulatory experience, Mike is widely recognized for his leadership and deep knowledge of the natural gas transmission industry.

Mercy Carrasco Kamps

Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

Mercy Carrasco Kamps serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. With more than 25 years of combined legal and HR experience, she has been a key part of the company’s leadership for over 13 years. Mercy chairs Boardwalk’s Sustainability Committee and Benefits Committee and has held leadership roles on SGA’s ESG and Corporate Services Managing Committee and the Inclusion and Diversity Council. She is also active in the community, having served on the boards of the Hispanic Bar Association of Houston, the Pan American Roundtable of Houston, Stages Repertory Theatre and Night Court legal charity.

Steven Tramonte joined Boardwalk in 2024 to lead commercial operations and business development. With over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, Steven brings deep expertise in business development, strategic partnerships and leading large-scale commercial projects.

Kim Tarr

Senior Vice President, Operations, Engineering & Construction

Kimberly Tarr currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering, where she is responsible for the safe and reliable operations of Boardwalk’s over 14,000 miles of natural gas and liquids pipelines. Kim has over 30 years of energy industry experience and, in her 16 years with Boardwalk, she has held various leadership positions, including VP of Field Operations and VP of Engineering and Construction. Kim is an active member of INGAA Foundation and currently serves as Chair, helping to address critical matters related to the development, construction, operation, and maintenance of the gas infrastructure value chain.

Todd Murray

Vice President, Corporate Development

Todd Murray is the Vice President of Corporate Development at Boardwalk. In this role, Todd oversees acquisitions, conducts economic and financial analysis for organic growth projects, and leads initiatives that explore emerging opportunities and support long-term corporate strategy. With 33 years of experience in the energy sector, including 21 years in various leadership positions at Boardwalk, Todd brings deep industry expertise and a strong commitment to advancing the company’s strategic goals.
